We take the security and privacy of your business data seriously. Here is how we protect it.
Data Encryption
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. Call recordings and transcripts are stored in isolated, encrypted storage environments.
Infrastructure Security
Our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud providers with ISO 27001-certified data centres. We operate within UK/EU regions to maintain data residency compliance.
Access Controls
We enforce role-based access control (RBAC) across all internal systems. All team members undergo regular security training and operate on a least-privilege access model.
Regular Audits
We conduct regular internal security reviews and vulnerability assessments. Third-party penetration testing is performed at least annually against our production systems.
GDPR Compliance
VoiTech processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. We maintain detailed records of processing activities, data processor agreements, and honour all data subject rights requests.
Incident Response
We maintain a documented incident response plan. In the event of a data breach, affected customers will be notified within 72 hours as required by UK GDPR.
