1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any VoiTech service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. Services
VoiTech AI Ltd provides AI-powered voice agent software as a service. The features available to you depend on the subscription plan you have purchased. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, spam, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. A one-time setup fee of £500 is charged upon account creation. Additional minutes beyond your plan's allowance are billed at the overage rate specified in your plan. All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Refunds are not provided for unused minutes.
5. Call Recording & Data
Where your AI voice agent records calls or captures caller data, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from callers as required by UK law (including the Investigatory Powers Act 2016 and UK GDPR). VoiTech processes this data on your behalf as a data processor.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use VoiTech to make unsolicited marketing calls in violation of PECR, to impersonate individuals or organisations without authorisation, to collect data without appropriate lawful basis, or to engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the VoiTech platform, including software, designs, trademarks, and documentation, remains the property of VoiTech AI Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service during your subscription period.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoiTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability in any calendar month shall not exceed the fees paid by you in that month. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. VoiTech may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
